• All prints are despatched first class, recorded delivery (requiring signature upon receipt) to the card holders address. 

• Due to current levels of crime, it is not possible for me to send an item to a different address other than the address that is registered to the card holder.

• If you require a refund because the item is damaged,  I will refund the amount that the print costs minus any postage and packaging charges that have already incurred - eg a 20 x 30cm print will be refunded at £12, and not £15, upon return of the damaged item back to me, otherwise, for these small items, I do not offer a returns policy mainly because of the high cost of postage to you.
